This Dropshipping Policy defines all terms, conditions and operational procedures under which Xiamen GoChicTech Import & Export Co.,Ltd. (“GoChicTech”, “we”, “us”, “our”) provides dropshipping fulfillment services to authorized cooperative partners (“Dropshipper”, “you”, “your”). By launching dropshipping cooperation with GoChicTech, you acknowledge and fully abide by all clauses stipulated in this document, as well as our General Terms & Conditions, Privacy Policy and Return & Refund Policy. Our dropshipping service helps you streamline your business by delivering complete packaging machinery and supporting spare parts—including filling machines, sealing equipment, labeling machines and automated packaging auxiliary units—directly to your end factory customers without you stocking inventory.

1. Eligibility for Dropshipping Cooperation

To qualify as an official authorized dropshipper of GoChicTech, applicants must satisfy all the criteria below:

  • Hold a legally registered business entity or valid individual business license as required by local jurisdiction;
  • Operate legitimate sales channels such as cross-border e-commerce stores, independent industrial websites, social media industrial accounts or machinery trading platforms, focusing on packaging automation equipment and related industrial supplies;
  • Undertake to strictly follow GoChicTech’s unified pricing rules, brand operation standards and all local import & export laws and industry regulatory provisions;
  • Complete the official dropshipping application review process and obtain formal written approval issued by GoChicTech.

GoChicTech retains absolute discretion to approve or reject any dropshipping application without disclosing specific reasons.

2. Standardized Dropshipping Operation Flow

Our standardized dropshipping workflow ensures fast, accurate order fulfillment and transparent information synchronization between both parties:

  1. Order Submission: You submit dropshipping orders via our dedicated order system, designated email or authorized API channel, and provide complete and accurate end-customer information (recipient name, detailed delivery address, contact number) plus full specifications of target packaging machinery.
  2. Order Verification & Payment Confirmation: Our team verifies order details, checks real-time inventory of standard machines and spare parts, and confirms payment status in line with agreed settlement rules. Production and shipment arrangements will only commence after full payment is credited to our account.
  3. Equipment Packaging & Shipment: We securely pack all packaging machinery and accessories in neutral export cartons (without GoChicTech logos by default, unless customized branded packaging is pre-agreed). We arrange cross-border transportation per your selected logistics solution and send you the official tracking number immediately after dispatch.
  4. Order Tracking & After-Shipment Support: You can monitor full cargo transit status using the tracking number we provide. Our logistics team will assist you in coordinating and resolving any abnormal transit issues that occur during delivery.

3. Pricing & Payment Terms for Dropshipping

  • Exclusive Dropshipping Wholesale Rates: Authorized dropshippers enjoy special tiered wholesale pricing independent of public retail prices. Wholesale rates may be adjusted dynamically based on order volume, machine model and raw material market fluctuations, with formal advance notification released before any price adjustment takes effect.
  • Payment Rules: All dropshipping orders require full advance payment via T/T, PayPal or other mutually agreed payment channels before we arrange production and shipment. Credit settlement is not available for dropshipping orders unless both sides sign a special written supplementary agreement.
  • Price Compliance Obligation: You are prohibited from selling GoChicTech packaging machinery below the minimum authorized retail price set by our company, to maintain orderly regional market competition and protect our unified brand image.

4. Inventory Management & Order Fulfillment Rules

  • Regular Inventory Updates: We periodically share real-time inventory data of standard packaging machines and core spare parts to help you rationally arrange sales plans and avoid backorder situations. Nevertheless, we cannot guarantee 100% inventory accuracy due to simultaneous orders from multiple partners, and we reserve the right to adjust or cancel orders when relevant equipment runs out of stock.
  • Standard Fulfillment Cycle: We complete packing and delivery of standard dropshipping machinery within 2–5 working days upon payment confirmation. Custom-modified packaging equipment or large-volume combined orders require longer production lead times, which we will communicate to you in advance for confirmation.
  • Neutral Packaging Specifications: All equipment is packed in brand-free neutral outer cartons by default to protect your independent business privacy. Custom packaging printed with your exclusive brand logo is available at an extra processing fee, subject to minimum order quantity restrictions.

5. Core Responsibilities of the Dropshipper

  1. Collect and submit precise end-customer information including accurate receiving addresses and contact details to prevent delivery mistakes or transit delays.
  2. Independently handle all pre-sales consultation, customer complaints and post-delivery after-sales requests raised by your end buyers, covering machine parameter inquiries, order progress tracking and return application coordination, all subject to our unified Return & Refund Policy.
  3. Comply with all local laws, industrial safety standards, import labeling and cross-border marketing regulations applicable to your sales territory.
  4. Refrain from false promotion, distorted product description or any improper business conduct that may damage GoChicTech’s brand reputation.
  5. Strictly keep all confidential information provided by GoChicTech confidential, including exclusive dropshipping wholesale prices, machinery technical parameters and internal proprietary business data.

6. Core Responsibilities of Xiamen GoChicTech Import & Export Co.,Ltd.

  1. Supply qualified packaging machinery complying with international safety and quality standards; every unit undergoes full multi-stage quality inspection before shipment.
  2. Complete dropshipping order production, packaging and delivery accurately and promptly strictly in accordance with the machine specifications and recipient information you submit.
  3. Provide full shipment tracking numbers and actively assist in resolving all logistics-related abnormal incidents during transit.
  4. Supply complete supporting materials including machine technical specifications, operation manuals and international certification documents to support your sales promotion work.
  5. Process quality failure claims in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy, providing free replacement equipment or corresponding refunds for machinery with confirmed manufacturing defects.

7. Special Return & Refund Clauses for Dropshipping Orders

All return and refund applications for dropshipping shipments shall follow the general rules of our Return & Refund Policy, with the following supplementary provisions:

  • All return applications must be submitted by you (the dropshipper) on behalf of your end customer, together with complete supporting evidence such as fault photos, operation videos and original order records.
  • Returned packaging machinery and accessories must remain unused, intact and kept in original export packaging, and accompanied by the official Return Authorization (RA) document issued by GoChicTech.
  • If returns are triggered by manufacturing defects or our shipment errors, GoChicTech will bear all return transportation costs and arrange equipment replacement or full refund to your original payment account.
  • If returns are caused by end customer personal reasons (such as wrong model selection, unplanned order cancellation), you shall bear all return freight fees, customs charges and other incidental expenses incurred during the return process.

8. Termination of Dropshipping Cooperation

Either party may terminate the dropshipping partnership by issuing formal written notice 30 calendar days in advance. GoChicTech reserves the right to terminate cooperation immediately without prior notice if you materially violate any clause within this policy, including but not limited to overdue payment, serious pricing violations, deceptive marketing or other unethical business behaviors. After cooperation termination:

  • All confirmed pending orders will still be produced and delivered in compliance with this policy; all outstanding payable balances must be fully settled without delay.
  • You must stop all sales and promotion activities involving GoChicTech packaging machinery, and return all proprietary materials provided by our company including machine samples, technical catalogs and operation manuals.

9. General Provisions

  1. Policy Revision Right: GoChicTech reserves the right to revise and update this Dropshipping Policy at any time; the latest version will be published on our official website. Continued dropshipping cooperation after policy updates takes effect shall be deemed as your full acceptance of revised terms.
  2. Liability Limitation: GoChicTech shall not be held accountable for any indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from dropshipping cooperation, including but not limited to lost sales revenue, customer disputes or delivery delays caused by third-party logistics providers.
  3. Governing Law: This policy shall be governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China. Any disputes arising from cooperation shall first be resolved through friendly negotiation; if negotiation fails, arbitration shall be conducted in Xiamen, China.
