(“GoChicTech”, “we”, “us”, “our”), a professional import and export enterprise headquartered in Xiamen, China, focused on R&D, manufacturing and global trade of packaging automation equipment, including filling machines, sealing units, labeling equipment, full packaging production lines and matching mechanical spare parts.

These Terms & Conditions (the “Terms”) regulate your access to and use of our Website, machinery products, business services, technical inquiries, formal orders and all other cooperation interactions with GoChicTech. By visiting, browsing or utilizing our Website and services, you confirm that you have fully read, understood and agreed to abide by these Terms, our Privacy Policy and all supplementary policies referenced herein. If you disagree with any clause of these Terms, you must stop accessing our Website and using all related services immediately.

1. Definitions & Interpretation

Unless the context requires otherwise, the terms below carry the following definitions within these Terms:

  • Products: All packaging machinery, automated packaging equipment, spare parts, customized packaging production lines and supporting mechanical solutions provided for inquiry and sale by GoChicTech.
  • Order: A formal purchasing request submitted by you (the “Buyer”, “you”, “your”) to buy Products from GoChicTech, confirmed via written correspondence, email, website submission or signed official sales contract.
  • Services: All customer consultation, on-site & remote technical guidance, after-sales maintenance, OEM/ODM customization and other supporting services provided by GoChicTech related to packaging machinery.
  • Force Majeure: Unforeseeable and unavoidable events beyond reasonable human control, including without limitation natural disasters, wars, government regulatory adjustments, international trade restrictions, public health emergencies, labor strikes and cross-border supply chain breakdowns.

All section headings are for reading convenience only and shall not affect the interpretation of these Terms. Singular nouns include plural forms and vice versa unless the context clearly indicates otherwise.

2. Website Use & Access Rules

2.1 Eligibility Requirement

You warrant that you have reached the age of majority (18 years old or the legal adult age in your region) and hold full legal capacity to sign binding commercial agreements. If you access the Website on behalf of a registered enterprise, you confirm that you are authorized to bind the enterprise to all clauses of these Terms.

2.2 Permitted Website Usage

You may only use the Website for legal business activities, including browsing packaging machinery specifications, submitting quotation inquiries, placing equipment orders and conducting legitimate trade cooperation with GoChicTech. The following behaviors are strictly prohibited:

  • Using the Website for illegal, fraudulent or unauthorized commercial operations;
  • Copying, modifying, distributing or reproducing website texts, machinery drawings, product images without prior written approval from GoChicTech;
  • Tampering with website security systems, interfering with server operation or disrupting normal website functions;
  • Automatically crawling, scraping or illegally collecting client information and machinery product data on the Website;
  • Impersonating GoChicTech sales engineers, management staff or third-party cooperative partners.

2.3 Website Maintenance Arrangement

We reserve the right to temporarily suspend or restrict website access for system maintenance, function upgrades and technical repairs without advance notice. GoChicTech shall not bear any liability for economic losses caused by temporary website unavailability.

3. Product Information & Order Management

3.1 Machinery Product Descriptions

All packaging machinery specifications, parameter sheets, pictures, quoted prices and stock status displayed on the Website are subject to change without prior notification. While we strive to ensure information accuracy, GoChicTech does not guarantee that all product data is error-free, complete or fully up-to-date. Minor technical parameter adjustments may occur due to continuous equipment iteration and performance optimization.

3.2 Order Submission & Acceptance

Your submitted order constitutes an offer to purchase packaging machinery subject to these Terms and GoChicTech’s final acceptance. GoChicTech reserves the absolute right to accept, reject or cancel any order at its discretion, including but not limited to cases of pricing errors, insufficient spare parts inventory, suspected fraudulent transactions and abnormal demand. An order shall only be deemed officially confirmed and legally binding after GoChicTech issues a written order confirmation, proforma invoice or fully signed sales contract.

3.3 Pricing & Payment Regulations

  • Price Standard: All quoted prices are denominated in US Dollars unless otherwise specified. Prices exclude sea/air freight, import/export tariffs, customs duties and other official government charges, all of which shall be borne solely by you as the Buyer.
  • Payment Terms: Payment shall be completed via agreed settlement channels (T/T, L/C, etc.) as stipulated in the order confirmation or sales contract. Partial or full advance deposit may be required to arrange machinery production.
  • Payment Breach Consequence: Failure to settle payment within the agreed time limit may lead to order cancellation, delayed equipment delivery or additional overdue service fees at GoChicTech’s discretion.

4. Delivery, Logistics & Risk Transfer

  • Delivery Rules: Production lead times, transportation modes and risk transfer boundaries shall comply with the agreed international trade terms (FOB Xiamen, CIF, EXW, DDP, etc.) recorded in the order confirmation or sales contract.
  • Delivery Delay Liability: GoChicTech shall not be held responsible for delivery delays caused by force majeure events, customs clearance obstacles, your failure to provide complete import documents or abnormal operations of third-party logistics carriers.
  • Goods Inspection Obligation: You must conduct a full inspection of packaging machinery immediately upon receiving the cargo. Any mechanical damage, missing spare parts or inconsistent equipment specifications must be notified to GoChicTech in writing within 7 working days after delivery; otherwise, the machinery shall be deemed fully accepted by you.

5. Quality Assurance, Warranty & After-Sales Support

5.1 Quality Control Standards

All packaging machinery complies with mainstream international certification standards such as CE, RoHS and ISO, and undergoes multi-stage factory inspection before shipment. GoChicTech warrants that all equipment is free from manufacturing defects in raw materials and assembly workmanship under standard installation and normal production operation.

5.2 Standard Warranty Period

The general warranty term for complete packaging machinery is 12–24 months counting from the cargo delivery date. Extended warranty coverage for core motors, control systems and transmission components can be separately agreed in product manuals or sales contracts. All warranty claims must be accompanied by valid supporting materials including fault photos, operation videos and equipment test reports as required by GoChicTech.

5.3 Warranty Exclusion Scope

The warranty service does not cover damage arising from improper installation, incorrect operation, lack of regular maintenance, accidental collision, unauthorized disassembly and modification, natural disasters or failure to follow the official equipment operation manual.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

All intellectual property rights related to the Website, including trademarks, corporate logos, mechanical patents, copyrights, packaging machinery design drawings, technical manuals and all website content, belong exclusively to GoChicTech or its authorized licensors. You are prohibited from reproducing, distributing or commercially using any of the above intellectual property without formal written authorization from GoChicTech. Any unauthorized infringement will result in corresponding legal liability.

7. Confidentiality Obligations

Both parties shall strictly keep all confidential commercial information obtained during cooperation confidential, including wholesale pricing, machinery technical parameters, customized design drawings and internal business plans. This confidentiality obligation remains valid for 3 years after the termination of cooperation under these Terms.

8. Limitation of Liability

Within the maximum scope permitted by applicable laws:

  1. GoChicTech shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive economic losses arising from your use of the Website or packaging machinery products;
  2. The total cumulative liability of GoChicTech for all claims related to the Website, equipment and supporting services shall not exceed the total payment amount you have settled for the corresponding order.

9. Termination of Access & Cooperation

GoChicTech reserves the right to immediately suspend or terminate your access to the Website and all supporting services without prior notice if you violate any clause of these Terms. Termination does not release you from outstanding payment obligations and other mature liabilities. Sections concerning intellectual property, confidentiality, liability limitation and dispute resolution shall remain effective after cooperation termination.

10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

  • Governing Law: These Terms shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the People’s Republic of China, excluding conflict of law provisions.
  • Dispute Handling Mechanism: Any disputes arising from these Terms shall first be resolved through friendly negotiation between both parties. If negotiation fails, all disputes shall be submitted to the China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission (CIETAC) for arbitration in Xiamen, China in accordance with its prevailing arbitration rules. The arbitral award shall be final and binding on both parties.

11. General Provisions

  • Severability Clause: If any single provision of these Terms is deemed invalid or unenforceable, the remaining clauses shall still remain fully effective.
  • Policy Amendment Right: GoChicTech reserves the right to revise these Terms periodically. The updated version will be published on the Website with a new effective date. Your continued use of the Website constitutes full acceptance of the revised terms.
  • Entire Agreement: These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and signed sales contracts, form the complete agreement between you and GoChicTech, replacing all previous oral and written communication reached by both parties.
