6. Cooperation Termination Rules

Either party may terminate the dealer partnership by issuing formal written notice 30 days in advance. GoChicTech reserves the right to terminate cooperation immediately without prior notice if the dealer seriously breaches any contract provisions, including but not limited to violating unified pricing policies, unauthorized cross-regional sales, long-term failure to fulfill agreed minimum order quantity, etc. Upon cooperation termination: All confirmed pending orders shall be produced and delivered in accordance with signed contract terms; all outstanding payments shall be fully settled without delay. The dealer must stop all sales and promotion of GoChicTech packaging machinery, and return all proprietary materials provided by our company including marketing catalogs, product samples and technical manuals.
